Just thought I would throw this question out there to everyone. Where do you go to find Open Source developers. I do know about SourceForge and I have placed help wanted ads there. But I was just wondering if there are other places to go to find Open Source developers. Is it appropriate to post help wanted ads in mailing lists for other Open Source projects? Email writers of blogs about popular Open Source projects? What is ok? Where do I turn?
